Returns

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return a piece in its original condition and packaging. Email us at contact@shebloinbz.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it.

Because every piece is a numbered edition of 30, returned numbers go back into the series.

Damaged in transit?

Photograph the box and the piece, send both to contact@shebloinbz.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll make it right — repair, replace, or refund.

Note: the hidden piece found in Paris is a gift, not a purchase — no returns, only bragging rights.
